Ok so all those who like eating banana's and all those Mom's looking for something different for their kids here's something for you .
Take 1and a half tea spoon of ghee in a nonstick pan add two banana sliced.Let it cook for 2 minutes till it turns brown(as u can see in the picture :D ) Now caramalise it by adding sugar2 teaspoons. keep for a minute or so.
Keep the fritters a bit crunchy
Do not melt the entire sugar.
And pour the left over ghee while serving hot in a dish.
